As General Manager, Nancy Hickman is the one who rallies the troops when the troops need rallying. Perfectionist, coach and mentor – it’s Nancy that keeps Buzz running at the top of its game day in, day out.

She began her career in hospitality as Innkeeper for The Westmoor Inn, a former Vanderbilt mansion on the island of Nantucket, where she honed her skills to ensure that when guests arrived city weary, they always left relaxed and refreshed. From there Nancy pursued a number of positions in the culinary arts, eventually earning her Baking and Pastry Arts Certification at the San Diego Culinary Institute.

She then made her way back to Nantucket where she served as Assistant Pastry Chef at the Boarding House and the Pearl before joining Buzz in 2007.
